Sourcing

Most of my fibers are sourced directly from Canadian farms. I carefully process the fiber, and I dye it. Regardless of how much care I apply, it is possible that you’ll still find some vegetable matter (VM). Especially in fibers sold loosely in a bag. In order to preserve the aspect of locks, I make sure to manipulate them as little as possible. Be assured that once your project is all spun up, we won’t see any more VM.

Dyeing process
Please note that some bleeding may occur. I dye at home in a crafty way that’s not commercial. In all cases, when you wash your finished yarn it will correct itself.

Caring for your products made with my fibers (yarn, weaving, knitting, felt)

Wash your finished objects with a no rinse soap like Eucalan, lay flat to dry. Keep untouched skeins of yarns and unspun fibres in plastic bags inside clear bins. You can also add some essential oil on a piece of cloth and keep it inside your storage bin. It is recommended to check your stash at least every 3 months to keep it fresh and aerated.
