Introduction to spinning an Art Yarn

This course takes place in my studio in Montebello, you will receive an email a few days before the course with all the details. 
The course can be taught in French or English.

Course: Introduction to spinning an Art Yarn

Starts at 9:30 am
Ends: 2:30 pm

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to: 
spin a textured yarn; 
incorporate different materials into the yarn;
use differen plying techniques.

Prerequisite skills

spinning experience on a spinning wheel
experience spinning with the large bobbins on your spinning wheel
plying experience

You will receive a fibre kit: 150 g

Participants: 8 max

Materials to bring: 
spinning wheel 
2 jumbo bobbins with flyer
lazy kate
a niddy noddy
Your fibre (in case you have time to spin all the wool in the kit and still have time to practise.
